Linear Recruitment are looking for an experienced Project Manager on a long-term freelance basis in Ruislip, Northwest London. The project involves part internal refurbishment and 2 extensions to a live safe storage facility.

Overview:

* Freelance role

* Start date – end of July

* 52week contract

* New build and refurbishment – live site

* Rates – negotiable

Experience required:

* In date tickets, must have – CSCS, SMSTS, FA, Temporary Works Coordinator and Fire Marshall.

* Detailed experience leading on similar projects

* Experience working on live sites

* Experience in client facing roles

Job duties:

* Manage and coordinate the dayto-day operations

* Oversee project timelines and updating key stakeholders

* Liaise with internal teams and various stakeholders to update on progress

* Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs

* Monitor project progress and address any issues / changes promptly

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations
