I am currently recruiting on behalf of a large market leading maintenance provider who are seeking an experienced shift engineer with experience in building services to work in a highly client facing environment in the City of London.

The role is working on a 12 hour shift basis on a 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00 rota and within the role you will be responsible for all maintenance related duties within the site.

Duties:

* PPM's

* Reactive calls

* AHU's and FCU's

* Emergency light testing

* Lamping

* Single and 3 phase power

* Generator checks

* Motors

* Basic plumbing

* BMS checks

* External lighting

* Dealing with sub-contractors

Requirements:

* Full electrical or mechanical certification

* Clean DBS

* Experience within facilities/building service maintenance

* Good communication skills

* Good references

* Hands on knowledge of plant listed
