Senior Recruitment Consultant 

AMB Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of a 360 desk across high-demand technical and industrial sectors in the UK.

This is a senior role for a proven biller who can win new business, manage key accounts, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions with real autonomy and a clear route into leadership.

The Role

Full 360 recruitment: BD, client management & delivery

Build and grow your own market within technical sectors

Manage key client relationships and negotiate terms

Deliver permanent and temporary recruitment solutions

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates

About You

Proven 360 recruitment experience

Strong billing history across permanent, temporary or contract recruitment

Background in technical, engineering or industrial markets preferred
