Overseeing daily operations and service standards across a large portfolio of supported units
Embedding scalable systems for compliance, risk, property oversight and data quality
Supporting Team Leaders and Housing Support Officers, across three regions initially, in caseload planning and service delivery
Monitoring tenancy management, rent collection processes and performance reporting

What you’ll bring to the table as a Regional Supported Housing Operations Manager

Previous experience leading supported housing or social care services across multiple sites
A track record in leading and developing large teams and some experience managing operations through other managers
Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, housing law and tenancy management
Practical understanding of rent processes, Housing Benefit and Universal Credit
Extensive experience managing operational budgets and interpreting financial data
Confident stakeholder engagement skills across public-sector and community partners
