This role offers invaluable classroom experience and the opportunity to work closely with both staff and students.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating a positive, motivating classroom environment that fosters growth and enthusiasm for learning
Providing tailored support to students in small groups and 1:1 settings
Collaborating with teachers to deliver the best possible learning experience
Applying and developing your subject knowledge in a practical classroom setting

What We’re Looking For

A relevant degree (Education preferred but not essential)
Experience supporting students or working in a classroom (desirable, not essential)
A valid DBS check or willingness to apply
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
