Recruitment Consultant

Location: Altrincham, South Manchester

Salary: £25k per annum + bonus

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, motivated and determined individual to join our company as a Recruitment Consultant. The role offers a career in a very financially rewarding, fast paced and dynamic industry that is good fun to be part of and where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities;

* Assisting with recruiting suitable candidates to match our clients requirements

* Regular liaison with existing candidates

* Business Development through telephone calls and external client meetings

* Advertising vacancies and pre-screening applications

Key skills required;

* A positive, fun and enthusiastic personality

* Good communication skills

* Be able to gain people’s confidence and trust

* Be persuasive and persistent

* Good organisational and administrative skills

* Self motivation

* Ability to prioritise tasks

* Good IT skills
