Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their thriving manufacturing business during an exciting period of expansion.

The Role:
They are looking for someone who can take ownership of their day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
* Processing monthly & weekly payroll accurately and on time
* Reconciling accounts and managing supplier invoices
* Preparing reports and supporting month-end tasks
* Working closely with the leadership team to support financial decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven bookkeeping experience (ideally in a similar SME or manufacturing environment)
* Strong Xero knowledge is essential
* Experience running payroll
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive approach — someone who enjoys being part of a growing business and can roll up their sleeves when needed
