Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager to take full leadership of a high-profile 5-star hotel fit-out project in Knightsbridge. This is the next phase of works on an exclusive, live hotel site where discretion, precision, and premium quality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead and oversee the fit-out of 24 rooms within a fully operational, occupied hotel environment.
·Act as the primary point of contact for a highly demanding client, ensuring exceptional standards and professionalism at all times.
·Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and quality control to deliver to exacting specifications.
·Ensure all works are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and minimal disruption to hotel operations.
Essential Requirements
·Proven experience managing high-end hotel refurbishments or equivalent luxury fit-out projects.
·Demonstrated ability to perform under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
·Seniority and confidence to stand firm with a demanding client and handle challenging conversations professionally.
·Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading similar live-site projects.
·Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Additional Details
·Schedule: 6-7 days per week (to meet the project timeline).
·Live Site Conditions: Other hotel floors and rooms will remain occupied by high-profile guests, requiring discretion and minimal disruption.
