In This Role, You Will:

Assist the Head of DT in leading curriculum delivery and resource development

*

Oversee a specific DT specialism (e.g., Product Design, Food, or Engineering)

*

Support departmental assessment strategy and pupil tracking

*

Mentor newer staff or trainee teachers in the team

*

Help plan enrichment opportunities and competitions

Is keen to develop leadership skills in a collaborative environment
