A growing business is looking for a number of Senior Recruitment Consultants to join its dynamic team based just outside of Manchester.
Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, you will also receive a leading market commission scheme, hybrid working, career progression opportunities, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a pension scheme, lunch clubs and holiday incentives.
You will be focusing on predominantly permanent healthcare roles, however, there is the option to work on contract opportunities. The role specialises in niche markets within the private sector and is full 360, with all the sales tools you need.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational culture.
Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
Matching candidates to job vacancies, managing the interview process and assisting in negotiating job offers.
Keeping updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
We’re looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants with:
360 recruitment experience in the healthcare sector
A proven sales billing track record
Permanent or Contract market experience
Time management, resilience and a can-do attitude
