The Opportunity
This is more than just a sales role. As an IT Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term client relationships while driving business growth across a diverse portfolio of IT solutions—including hardware, software, cloud technologies, and managed services.
Your Mission
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Identify new sales opportunities within existing clients
* Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers across all levels
* Work closely with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an IT Reseller/MSP environment
* Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services
* A consultative, client-focused sales style
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Driven, motivated, and looking to progress in a thriving sector
