What will you be doing?

* Lead and develop the Project Engineering team

* Ensure engineering elements meet time, budget, and quality targets

* Oversee design documentation and compliance with CE/UKCA standards

* Conduct and review critical design calculations

* Collaborate with Controls, Procurement, Installations, and Project Management teams

* Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team capability

What do we need from you?

* Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Degree preferred; HND/HNC acceptable with relevant experience)

* Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

* High competence in mechanical design, CAD (AutoCAD), and technical documentation

* Strong understanding of automation equipment and safety standards

* Experience applying CE/UKCA marks to capital equipment
