This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school chef or catering professional looking for a rewarding role within an education setting, providing nutritious meals for pupils and staff.

The Role

School Chef position starting ASAP

Preparing and cooking fresh, balanced meals for pupils and staff

Managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and service

Ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness

Working within school hours (term-time)

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a School Chef, Cook, or Catering Assistant (education setting desirable)

Knowledge of food hygiene, allergen awareness, and nutritional standards

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Passionate about providing healthy, high-quality food for children
