An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their York offices on a Hybrid basis.

My client is a well established firm in a sought after location in the heart of York and have created this role due to the growth of their property team.

My client is looking for a 5 years plus qualified solicitor/ Legal executive and the preferred candidate will also have some experience of:

• Working in a busy commercial property department
• Undertaking a variety of property work
• Working closely with clients to understand their business requirements
• Running their own files with help and support from colleagues
