Administrator – Papworth Trust is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team in Peterborough on a part-time basis in this dynamic hybrid position. This is a fixed-term position until 31 March 2026.

About the role:

As an Administrator for referrals to the WorkWell programme, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the backbone of our team, providing essential support and helping to create an organised and productive work atmosphere. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy being the go-to person for various tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Working Hours for this role are 30 hours per week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for individuals referred to the WorkWell programme
Assess and assign appropriate support, or signpost for alternative services.
Monitor and track customer progress and programme performance.
Deliver excellent customer service and support for customers, the team and partner organisations.

About you:

You are a proactive and approachable Administrator, who’s a team player with proven experience in an administrative role. You will have the ability and confidence to build professional relationships with individuals referred to the programme, partner organisations and colleagues. Known for your strong customer service, organisational skills and attention to detail, you will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and you’ll thrive on collaboration and supporting others. With excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, you’re eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
