3PL Admin Manager
Location: Bedford
Salary: £35,000 + DOE
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

An experienced 3PL Admin Manager is required to join a fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) organisation. This role is responsible for managing a team of five administrators while overseeing multiple customer accounts. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, maintain strong client relationships, and drive efficiency within the department.

Duties

Lead, support, and develop a team of five administrators, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring service levels are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
Oversee and improve administrative processes related to order processing, stock management, and invoicing.
Ensure accuracy in all documentation and reporting, maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery.The Candidate

Proven experience in an administration management role, within logistics, warehousing, or a 3PL environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
A self-starter with the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes.
Innovative mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customers effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with WMS or logistics software is desirable.
