The Role
As Head of Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind integrated, audience-first marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of events, digital platforms, and brand experiences. You'll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales, grow audiences, and elevate brand equity.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning and executing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, email, content, partnerships, and traditional media.
Overseeing full marketing efforts including social, search and OOH advertising
Own and evolve the brand identity across every consumer touchpoint
Drive CRM and website optimisation to boost ticket sales and engagement
Lead and mentor high-performing marketing and creative teams
Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI
Report campaign insights and marketing performance to senior stakeholders
Identify emerging trends, platforms, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with PR and influencer agencies to expand campaign reachWhat You'll Bring
