Salary: £32,916-£51,047

Education Personnel is working with a well-regarded primary school in Derbyshire to recruit a passionate and experienced Primary School Teacher specialising in Maths. This is an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teacher with a strong interest in mathematics to join a welcoming school, delivering high-quality teaching to pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging maths lessons across the primary curriculum

* Support pupils’ understanding, fluency, and confidence in numeracy and mathematics

* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2

* Use data and assessment to track progress and inform future planning

* Collaborate with colleagues to embed maths across the curriculum

* Contribute to school life, extra-curricular activities, and professional development

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching primary maths

* Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and understanding of the primary curriculum

* Experience planning and delivering lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils

* Ability to differentiate teaching to meet diverse learner needs

* Excellent classroom management and communication skills

* Enthusiasm for promoting numeracy and maths excellence across the school
