The Role:
As a Social Worker with our Mental Health Placement Review Team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping success stories like Mr. K's. Conducting need and risk assessments, crafting care and support plans, and engaging in reviews will be among your primary responsibilities. Your role extends to identifying carers and safeguarding issues, all while maintaining meticulous records of your interventions. Active participation in local forums, team meetings, and continuous professional development sessions is expected, ensuring you're equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

About You:
Equipped with a degree in Social Work or equivalent, and registered with Social Work England, you'll bring a wealth of experience in supporting adults with severe mental health challenges and their diverse carers. Your expertise in statutory responsibilities, coupled with a knack for clear communication and collaboration, will be instrumental in navigating complex situations with finesse. Flexibility, resilience, and cultural sensitivity are traits you possess, enabling you to thrive amidst challenges and foster inclusive environments where all individuals are respected and valued.
