Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days in office 2 days from home
Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for higher education. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Head of Office to join the Dean's Office at their prestigious Business School. This pivotal role will provide the highest standard of strategic and operational support to the Dean, ensuring the smooth operation of the Dean's Office and the Central Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:Act as the primary advisor to the Dean, ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared for all activities. Coordinate strategic briefings, speeches, and travel plans to facilitate meaningful engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
Project Leadership:Oversee and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact strategic projects, including institutional initiatives and cross-functional programmes, that align with the Business School's goals.
Advisory Board Operations:Provide leadership on the operations of the Advisory Board, fostering connections and supporting the Dean's relationships with alumni, industry, and external partners.
Communication:utilise diplomatic and insightful communication skills to navigate complex situations and engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Who We're Looking For:
A proven leader with experience in strategic support within the higher education sector or a similar environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
A proactive and innovative thinker, capable of addressing challenges with creative solutions. How to Apply:
