Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a warm and supportive South Liverpool Secondary School who are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support their inclusion team on a full-time, long-term basis until the Easter holidays.

This role is ideal for an qualified Teaching Assistant who is confident leading learning for small groups and delivering structured interventions to help raise attainment across Key Stage 3.

About the Role

Delivering KS3 interventions in core subjects to groups of around 10 pupils

Planning will be provided - you will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions and adapting to meet pupil needs

Recording progress and feeding back key information to the class teacher

Supporting pupils' academic, emotional and social development

Working as part of a caring and collaborative inclusion team

The School Are Looking For

Strong KS3 experience

Confident delivering group interventions and supporting early learning

Strong behaviour management and a nurturing, positive approach

Someone proactive, reliable and able to build relationships quickly

A TA passionate about helping young learners reach their potential

Requirements to Work with Tradewind Recruitment

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Satisfactory references covering the last two years

Right to work in the UK
