General Manager required for our Automotive Leisure Business Client.
Our Client based in Guildford, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their Flagship Dealership.

Competitive Salary & Bonus: £40,000 basic with up to £20,000 bonus based on unit sales, profitability, and core standards set by their manufacturing partners

Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.Responsibilities:
Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £40,000 basic with an OTE of around £60,000.
