Job Title: Production Operative
Location: DN5
Salary: £12.21 per hour, with premium pay for unsocial hours and overtime

About the Role:

On behalf of our long-standing client, we are seeking muliple reliable and motivated Production Operative's for a facility in DN5. This role follows a rotating day/night shift pattern and requires no prior experience, as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production quality, completing paperwork accurately, and working safely in a team environment. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery according to specifications and quality standards.

Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor the production process to maintain efficiency and product quality.

Accurately complete all required paperwork and production documentation.

Record production data and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Assist with quality control by inspecting finished products for defects.

Key Requirements:

Good attention to detail, especially when completing paperwork and recording data.

Ability to follow technical instructions and work to high standards.
