Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant – Construction & Foundation Learning
? Location: Northampton 
? Salary: £19,947.87 per annum (pro rata to £24,123.00 FTE)
? Contract: Full-time | Term-time only
? Start Date: As soon as possible
Are you passionate about helping students succeed in practical, hands-on learning environments? Join our dedicated team and make a difference as a Learning Support Assistant, working alongside highly skilled tutors to support learners in Construction and Foundation Learning courses.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

Working closely with tutors to support students in practical and classroom settings
Providing tailored educational support to help learners reach their full potential
Offering guidance, encouragement, and one-on-one assistance during lessons
Supporting a wide range of learners, helping to build confidence, independence, and routine
Playing an essential role in ensuring all students are included and engaged in their learning journey? What We’re Looking For:

A supportive and approachable attitude with a genuine passion for education
Flexibility and a willingness to work across a range of vocational subjects
Experience supporting students or working in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential—training will be provided
