Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Coordinator

As the Freight Operations Coordinator, you will manage the logistics and transportation of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. You will coordinate with carriers, shippers, and warehouses, sorting out documentation, and resolving any issues that arise during transit. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling and completing all necessary paperwork, overseeing operations, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supply chain processes while offering quotes to customers.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Ideally, you will have worked with multi-modal freight, but those who have only specialized in one area will also be considered.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or operations management is essential. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with a great attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
