Job Title: Electrician – Social Housing
Location: Milton Keynes

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team working on social housing properties across Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Carry out EICRs, remedial works, and general electrical repairs in occupied and void social housing properties (can range from unoccupied rewires, domestic electrical testing, void works)

*

Ensure all work complies with current regulations and is completed to a high standard, all work needs to be tested on completion

*

Liaise professionally with tenants, housing officers, and office staff

*

Accurately complete job sheets and compliance paperwork

Requirements:

*

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

*

18th Edition

*

Proven experience working in social housing or similar domestic environments

*

Own tools, van, and calibrated testing equipment are essential

*

Strong communication and customer service skills
