About the Role:

In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards. From overseeing compliance processes to managing audits and certifications, your expertise will be key to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to BRC standards and other relevant regulations.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance throughout the production process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with their standards.

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of BRC standards and other relevant regulations.
* Experience in a compliance role within the food industry.
* Good exposure to working with retailers and understanding their compliance requirements.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for quality and continuous improvement.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
