Key Responsibilities

As a Catering Assistant, you'll provide flexible and efficient support across all catering areas, including:

Cleaning and sanitising kitchen, service, and dining areas
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and compliance
Assisting with food and drink service during operational hours
Providing professional and friendly customer service
Handling payments using cash and cashless systems
Maintaining accurate till records and sales documentation
Supporting the kitchen team with washing up duties
Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries
Completing basic hygiene documentation and administrative tasks

What we're looking for
