Job Description

Manage and optimise processes from quotation and concept phase all the way through to production phase, creating resources and documentation outlining changes
Ensure staff are trained on new and existing processes
Study current processes, layouts and systems, suggesting ways to maximise productivity, save costs and maintain quality
Work with a variety of internal departments including finance, R&D, H&S and production

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience with cross-departmental collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proven knowledge of Lean and Kaizen methodologies
Ideally prior experience within an automotive environment
UK driving license and flexibility to travel to different sites/suppliers
