Support Team Leader – Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Benefits

About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Support Team Leader to join our person-led services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in the Knaresborough area. You’ll lead a frontline team to deliver outstanding, enabling care that promotes independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and support a team delivering personalised care
Oversee day-to-day service delivery, rotas, audits and safeguarding
Mentor, develop and supervise team members
Ensure delivery of person-led, safe and compliant support
Build and maintain positive relationships with families and professionalsRequirements:
Experience in a supervisory/team leader role in health & social care
NVQ/QCF Level 3 (minimum) — working towards Level 5 desirable
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licenceDesirable:

MAPA/PBS, IOSH, or AET training
Experience in supported living or community-based careBenefits:
