Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant

Pay: £460-£500 per week

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community in Flitwick. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about helping children with social, emotional and mental health needs and developing a career in education and training.

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support students who may experience challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, behavioural difficulties, trauma-related needs, attachment difficulties, and social interaction challenges. You will help them manage emotions, build resilience, develop positive relationships, and stay engaged in learning.

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and inclusion staff to create a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels safe, supported, and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
