Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Workshop Administrator on a 6 month contract in the Wickford, Essex area!

Key Responsibilities:

* Keeping customer and vehicle records up to date.

* Booking in vehicles, estimating timings using Autodata, and keeping customers up to date.

* Preparing invoices from job cards and taking payments.

* Answering phone calls and directing enquiries to the right team.

* Communciating with technicians to update customers on progress.

* Supporting the workshop team with admin and time tracking.

* Ordering parts

Personal Requirements:

* Understanding of vehicle repairs and timings.

* Strong organisational skills.

* Experience within the automotive industry.

* Good communication skills.

Salary - £27,000 - £32,000 per year.
