Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 + Package

A leading fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working across a diverse portfolio of CAT A, CAT B, commercial office, and high-spec interior projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows
Preparing and submitting valuations and variations
Procurement and management of subcontractors
Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams
Ensuring financial targets and deadlines are met
Reporting to the Commercial Manager/DirectorRequirements:

Proven experience working on fast-track fit-out or refurbishment projects
Solid knowledge of JCT contracts
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent preferredWhat's on offer:
