Salary: £52,000 - £62,000

A well-established engineering practice delivering commercial, retail and residential schemes is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to strengthen its Sevenoaks team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead highways and drainage packages from concept through to construction while mentoring junior engineers.

This Senior Civil Engineer role combines hands-on design with statutory approvals, client engagement and technical checking responsibility.

Key responsibilities
* Lead highways and drainage design for adoptable and private works
* Manage S38, S278 and S104 submissions
* Act as technical checker using Civil 3D and drainage software
* Liaise with authorities, water companies and stakeholders
* Support programme, budget and quality control

Candidate requirements
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
* Minimum six years' UK consultancy experience
* Strong highways and foul and surface water drainage expertise
* Proficient in Civil 3D and MicroDrainage or Flow
* Confident communicator with leadership capability
