Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role

As a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support children within Early Years settings, helping pupils aged 3-5 to develop key early learning skills, social confidence, emotional wellbeing, and independence. Your Paediatric First Aid qualification is essential to ensure child safety and to respond appropriately to minor injuries and medical needs within EYFS environments.

This is an ideal role for a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible supply work with the potential for long-term or temp-to-perm opportunities across Doncaster nurseries and EYFS units.

Key Responsibilities

Support learning and development within EYFS environments
* Assist with early phonics, play-based learning, and school readiness activities
* Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups
* Monitor child wellbeing, safety, and emotional needs
* Use Paediatric First Aid confidently when required
* Help create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning space
* Encourage independence, communication, and positive behaviourCandidate Requirements

✔ CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
✔ Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
✔ Experience working within an Early Years setting (nursery or EYFS)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Understanding of child development and EYFS curriculum
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
