Are you an experienced structural engineer looking to specialise in light gauge steel?

We are working with a leading and innovative player in the offsite construction space to recruit a Structural Engineer with a passion for modern construction methods. This urgent vacancy within the team and is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at the forefront of Light Gauge Steel Framing.
As a Structural Engineer you will:
Produce structural designs and calculations for LGSF systems across a range of residential and commercial projects
Liaise with architects, clients, and internal teams to ensure structural solutions align with design and project objectives
Review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Provide technical guidance and support across the engineering and project teams
Carry out structural analysis using software and manual methods where necessary
Attend project meetings and site visits as required
Ensure designs meet relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Participate in R&D and continuous improvement of LGSF design methodologiesWhat We're Looking For:
3+ years of structural engineering experience
Background in hot-rolled steel welcome, provided you have the drive and curiosity to upskill in LGSF and MMC
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
