I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are currently looking to hire an experienced Quality Engineer due to a number of new contracts being awarded. My client operates across the civils sector on renewable energy projects.

Quality Engineer responsibilities:

* Working alongside the project management team and quality manager.

* Site supervision.

* Ensuring health and safety compliance.

* Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to agreed methodology and method.

* Ensuring the correct documentation is held on site.

* Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.

* Quality checks.

* Review ITP's and issue NCR's if needed.

Quality Engineer Requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* CSCS card.

* SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder (preferable).

* Full UK driving licence.

* Previous experience as a quality engineer or quality based role in civil engineering.

* Strong communication skills.
