Key Responsibilities:

Building relationships with clients and candidates.

Sourcing and screening potential jobseekers.

Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities.

Supporting senior consultants in recruitment processes.

Learning negotiation and sales strategies.

*

Managing databases and recruitment software.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not always required).

Ability to work independently and in a team.

*

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of work- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
