Are you a qualified Maintenance Electrician looking for a secure, permanent role with variety and progression?

We’re recruiting an experienced electrician to join a busy Estates & Facilities team, delivering electrical maintenance, inspection and testing across a large multi-site estate.

Electrical inspection, testing & maintenance (2391 / 17th–18th Edition)

*

Planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites

*

Working safely to method statements and safe systems of work

*

Working independently and as part of a professional maintenance team

? What we’re looking for

Essential

*

2391 Inspection & Testing qualification

*

17th Edition Wiring Regulations (18th Edition or willingness to work towards)

*

Proven building maintenance experience

*

Full UK Driving Licence (with business insurance)

*

Strong communication and customer-focused approach

Desirable

*

Experience working across large estates or multi-site environments
