CACHE Level 3 Practitioner

Full-Time | Potential Long-Term Position

We are seeking a confident and skilled CACHE Level 3 Practitioner to join a supportive early years setting in the Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge area. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to develop into a long-term position for the right candidate.

You will play an important role in creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and grow. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of early years practice, a calm and positive approach, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment that promotes curiosity and independence
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contributing to planning, observations, and assessments in line with EYFS requirements
Helping to uphold the setting's values and high standards of care

Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 qualification
Strong understanding of EYFS
Confident communication and teamwork skills
Full-time availability
