Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of the bar operation, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service.

* Develop and curate an exciting cocktail menu that complements our Nigerian food offerings.

* Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.

* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.

* Monitor and manage bar expenses and budgets effectively.

* Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a busy hospitality environment.

* Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

* Experience in managing inventory and controlling costs.

* Passion for Nigerian culture and cuisine is a plus.
