Marketing Manager wanted in the West Midlands!

KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with an Award-winning Kitchen and Interiors company based in the West Midlands to assist them in finding a Marketing Manager.

Full time permanent position, Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm, paying £35,000 £40,000.

As they continue to expand their reach and offerings, their looking for a Marketing Manager to help them elevate their brand presence and engage their audience in new and exciting ways.

Responsibilities

* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and fuel company growth.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product launches.

* Oversee the creation of engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

* Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities.

* Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimising spends for maximum ROI and tracking campaign performance.

* Drive the continuous improvement of marketing processes and initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.

* Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to maximise marketing impact and reach.

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of mixed marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and initiatives.

* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, with a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies.

* Valid driving license required for occasional travel to events and client meetings.

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
