A leading investment management organisation is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to deliver a range of high‑priority business and technology projects. This is a business‑facing role suited to someone who is energetic, confident, and able to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading end‑to‑end project delivery across business‑critical initiatives, using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
Keeping all project resources aligned to key deliverables, timescales and governance expectations.
Identifying, tracking and resolving project risks, issues and actions.
Completing hands‑on project tasks as required - such as gathering business requirements, analysing data, defining solutions, and supporting tool implementation.
Managing both business and technology workstreams as directed.
Providing clear, concise reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
Occasionally travelling to other UK sites when needed.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience delivering projects within the investment management sector is essential.
Strong project planning skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
Excellent financial management capability across project budgets.
Strong communicator able to translate technical and business detail clearly.
Exceptional problem‑solving ability, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
High level of adaptability, professionalism and self‑direction.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Skills

Excellent communicator able to work closely with a wide range of business and technical teams.
Skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships and managing expectations.
Confident leading workshops, meetings and interviews to shape and refine project tasks.
