Account Manager – Advertising – Manchester – Up to £30k basic + £10–15k OTE

A fast-growing advertising services company based in the heart of Manchester is looking for two Account Managers to join their energetic, friendly, and successful team.
You’ll be managing up to 10 client accounts (depending on experience), focusing on building and retaining relationships, hosting regular meetings, upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring clients are happy with the services provided.

Key responsibilities:
Managing and nurturing client relationships via phone and video calls
Leading on client renewals, including upsell conversations and retention strategy
Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements where needed
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in a B2B sales environment
Strong client-facing skills and relationship-building experience
Strategic, confident, and consultative in approach
Happy to be based full-time in the office
