Join a growing industrial supplies business with a fast-paced, supportive team based in Bidford-on-Avon. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated, detail-driven Customer Service Representative to become a key part of our dynamic sales support team.
BASIC SALARY: Up to £26,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Representative - Industrial supplies, industrial consumables
Reporting to our Customer Service Team Leader, and joining our team of 10 Customer Service Representatives, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our sales office running smoothly and providing a seamless Customer Experience that our customers have grown accustomed too. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to learn; from managing customer orders to coordinating with couriers and ensuring seamless delivery.
This is a varied role, where no two days look the same, but you can expect to:
· Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal CRM system.
· Manage the full order journey, from entry through to dispatch and invoicing.
· Coordinate courier and export bookings, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
· Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, handling enquiries about orders, deliveries, and product details.
· Maintain accurate customer and product information across our CMS and intranet.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Representative - Industrial supplies, industrial consumables
Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar Administrator or Customer Service Representative role, what's most important to us is your willingness to learn, and get stuck in - we will provide you with the training and tools you need to be successful! While German language skills would be beneficial for this role, we welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of language background.

· Enjoy multitasking with attention to detail.
· Be a team player with a high level of dedication to your colleagues and customers.

A well-established UK-based distributor of industrial adhesives, sealants, tapes, and coatings, supplying high-performance solutions to sectors such as electronics, automotive, and manufacturing. Known for technical expertise and excellent customer service. Having grown by over 500% since 2010 and doubled in size since 2020, we are growing year on year organically and by acquisition.
PROSPECTS:
Either to develop this role in a stable expanding company, or, if desired, the potential to grow and progress into other roles within the company, for example previous successful candidates have progressed to Field Sales and Management.
