We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our client's rapidly growing team. This is a telephone-based sales role that requires an individual who can generate appointments for their field sales team and maximise opportunities by working to set KPI's. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to grow with the company.
The Role:
* Following up on all leads provided by the team
* Making outbound calls to companies to generate appointments for field sales team to visit
* Working to set KPI’s to maximise opportunities
* Ensuring appointments are set in a sensible way geographically to allow UK field sales team to maximise time with clients
* Developing an important knowledge of the services offered by the company
* Updating the database daily in a proficient manner
The Person:
* Passion for sales and developing new opportunities for the business
* Possess great communication skills to engage with potential clients across the board
* Be confident and enquiring
* Have good database skills and attention to detail
* Be self-motivated and a team player
* Have an outgoing and friendly demeanour at all times
* Possess a flexible attitude and be able to perform under pressure
* Experience in MS Office
* Have business acumen to make correct choices whilst maintaining company values at all times
* Have excellent geographical knowledge of the UK
