Produce technical drawings and specifications for planning, tender, and construction stages
Prepare and submit building regulations applications
Work alongside structural engineers, M&E consultants, and other specialists
Maintain high drawing standards and technical workflows
Undertake site visits and client meetingsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architecture
Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience managing projects within the residential sector
Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
CIAT registration or working towards it would be desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
