Join Our Team: Personal Advisers – Manchester Area ?

We are hiring multiple Personal Advisers to work with children in care and care leavers across the Manchester area. If you are passionate about making a tangible difference, this role is your chance to help young people thrive and achieve independence.

Your Role:

Deliver care and pathway plans for children and young people in care

Guide young people through transitions into education, training, employment, and independent living

Provide practical and emotional support, liaising with carers, families, and professionals

Support Children in Care Council and Care Leavers’ Forum to promote participation

Work flexibly across various fieldwork establishments, including evenings and weekends

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in supporting children, adolescents, or families in a professional capacity

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent

Skilled communicator, able to build meaningful relationships and resolve conflicts effectively

Knowledgeable in safeguarding, child development, and statutory care planning
