What you’ll do:

Lead and manage a dedicated team of carers, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Oversee day-to-day operations of our Care at Home service.

Ensure regulatory compliance with CQC standards and maintain excellent quality outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement and support staff development.

Build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional care experiences.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Registered Manager with relevant NMC / CQC registration
✅ Proven leadership experience in care at home or domiciliary care services
✅ Strong knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
✅ Excellent communication and team management skills
✅ Passion for person-centred care
