We’re looking for a multi-skilled Handyperson to join a leading Facilities Management team based in Glasgow, covering sites across the Central Belt and wider Scotland.
This role would suit someone with good all-round maintenance skills who enjoys a mix of hands-on work, compliance checks, and client interaction.
? What You’ll Be Doing
*
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial properties
*
Conducting water hygiene checks, emergency lighting tests, and fire alarm tests
*
Supporting building compliance and safety standards
*
Assisting with minor repairs – joinery, plumbing, basic electrical
*
Logging work using digital CAFM systems and ensuring documentation is accurate
*
Providing a professional, customer-focused service to clients on site
✅ What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or handyperson role
*
Knowledge of building systems and compliance procedures
*
A proactive, problem-solving approach you’ll spot issues before they become problems
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to clear PVG clearance
